I left my purse at home this morning. I realized it just as I was getting on the highway. This is inconvenient in so many ways. Like, it’s a certain time of the month… and I don’t have my cell phone… and I’m getting my hair done tonight and I don’t have my wallet, and… well I miss my pretty red bag!

What’s with Tux places? We stopped at Men’s Wearhouse on Sunday. A gentleman approached us and we mentioned that we were getting married. His response? “My Regrets”. My response (in my head), “go f*@k yourself.” We left shortly thereafter to hit Mr. Tux. The gentleman there was much friendlier “congratulations!” he said. Greeting. Check.

However he wasn’t so patient with our needs. There were like two yellow vests to choose from and Jimbo didn’t really like either one, and the dude was no help and seemed impatient. We left.

Now we’ve got plans to hit Marry & Tux in Nashua, and some other place that I can’t recall at this very moment.

Thinking about combined holiday cards and save the dates. Must get working on that. Still have two more florists to check out. Gotta figure out the final registry thingers. Jimbo and I have to sit down and agree on a cake style. Meet with the country club, pick linens, menus… blah blah blah. It’s fun actually, and I enjoy it.

4. Time to grow A Girl Must Shop,is something I can't get enough of.
5. That's the thing I love most about Starbucks at Christmastime; red holiday cups.
6. Rude people always make me think to myself, what the heck?
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to book club (In the Time of the Butterflies). tomorrow my plans include breakfast and Quantum Solace w/Janet, then dress shopping with Mom and Sunday, I want to do a mall walk, then get an early start on Xmas shopping, then maybe check out Tuxes with Jimbo and work on Save-the-dates and the wedding web site!

2. The commute (listening to audiobooks)
3. Starbucks (and a zillion other places) 5 minutes away
4. Cube sweet cube (I don't have a lot of personal effects since it's just a contract job for now)
5. Automatic filtered water (no more filling and refilling the britta pitcher all day long)
6. The cafeteria (it's like a mile and two sets of stairs away, but the food is amazing!)
7. My nice boss (she's very sweet)
8. My coworkers (they're all super nice so far)
9. An unlocked and unmonitored supply closet
10. The big, fancy building
11. The company shuts down the week between Christmas and New Year's (unpaid, but who cares!)
12. $$$ phat cash, baby
13. Kudos! (Boss took me aside to say how much she liked my writing)
