It was a really nice weekend.

Friday night, I got lost in my local Michael's store for nearly two hours and then I headed over to Janet's for Pirates of the Caribbean and the nummiest stir-fry ever! Thanks J!

Saturday I spent most of the day working on the invitations. Photoshop. Print. Cut. Repeat. Then Jimbo and I headed to Mom's for a Chili cook-off. What a great time! My uncle and aunt on my Dad's side were there. I hadn't seen them in forever, so it was really nice to catch up with them.

Unfortunately another one of my uncles made the margaritas and let me tell you, it was mostly tequila. You can probably guess what happened next. Me. Drunk. But a happy kind of drunk. Love all around. My mom, my aunts and I told each other we were beautiful and hugged and loved. So nice.

And I tried on my wedding dress for my aunts and again, another love fest. I almost tripped and fell. I hope my dress is ok! haaaaa!

So needless to say there was much hangover to be had Sunday morning, but it wasn't too bad. My sister came over and helped out with the cutting of the invitations and the watching of the football. I'm taking a break from catching up on work right now, but I best get back to it.

1. Enough with missing my work exit because of Edward Cullen.
2. My need for control causes me to be conflicted.
3. I've been craving ghirardelli caramel chocolate squares (and I'm not even a huge caramel fan!).
4. People saying inappropriate things at WW makes me laugh.
5. I wish I could go to Las Vegas and stay at the bellagio and spend ridiculous amounts of time at the spa and see Love for the second time next week.
6. Wedding preparations has been the only thing on my mind lately.
7. 7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to my date with Janet and Johnny Depp, tomorrow my plans include working on wedding stationery and tasting truffle favors and chil1, and Sunday, I want to make huge progress on my wedding stationery, do laundry, cook and snug my bo.

Obviously wedding planning is in full effect! My tiara arrived yesterday and I believe I should wear it every day until my wedding. The inspiration for a pajama wedding inspired me yesterday. Perhaps a pajama brunch the next day? Appointments set. Arrangements being made.
